The original Border Oak porch as featured in Ben & Merry's 21st Century Cottage on Grand Designs - but slightly narrower to suit a different proportioned property or to avoid windows.  A smaller, but perfectly formed, entrance to your house.  

Our oak frame kit provides all of the oak frame including oak rafters, instructions and drawings.  We also provide oak pegs, the correct sized drill bit, and nails etc.  Please note that bricks, roofing batten and tiles, and side infill panels are not included, nor is delivery.  Please contact us for a delivery quotation or you are of course welcome to collect from us.
