We're Hiring: Junior Oak Frame Erector

We are hiring for a Junior Frame Erector to join our growing team here at Border Oak. 

This job involves working as part of a small team on Border Oak sites both locally in Herefordshire and further afield, so there will be a requirement to be able to lodge away during the week. 

As you will be interacting with colleagues, clients and other trades, the successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, approachable, reliable, hardworking and with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.  

General knowledge of oak framing, carpentry and construction is desirable but not essential - full training in Border Oak framing and construction systems will be provided. 

This job requires a good level of personal fitness.
