Over the past 40 years Border Oak has striven to provide the best oak framed structures available, with an outstanding personal customer experience. We continue to lead and innovate the green oak framed market and due to our continued growth and the unprecedented demand for our products we now have an exciting sales position within our Sales Team.
The role will include handling initial sales enquiries for our homes/extensions navigating the design and quotation process, undertaking sales negotiations and overseeing final contract signing and handover. There will be open days, exhibitions and other event work and day to day general enquiries.
Exceptional customer service to our clients is fundamental to our business and so a positive, proactive and helpful approach is important. What we do is unique and so specific training and assistance will be provided throughout. The role will be office based primarily with some travel required around the UK.
We are looking for someone who is confident, passionate, personable and with excellent organisational and people skills. The position will suit someone who thrives on client interaction, but is also a loyal and committed team player. A 'can do' attitude to work and life is crucial. Experience in areas such as design, architecture, construction, interiors or estate agency will be a benefit and the ability to read architectural plans and drawings is essential.
We are looking for someone with a strong sales background who will fit well with our close and hardworking team, as well as someone who understands and believes in our company ethos, products and brand.
